12 MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY
V OX X E L E C T R O N I C S C O R P. ( t h e C o m p a n y ) w a r r a n t s t o t h e o r i g i n a l
retail purchaser of this product that should this product or any part thereof,
under normal use and conditions, be proven defective in material or
workman ship within 36 months from the date of original purchase, such
defect(s) will be repaired or replaced with reconditioned product (at the
Company's option) without charge for parts and repair labor. A game
controller, if supplied, is similarly warranted for ninety (90) days.

To obtain repair or replacement within the terms of this Warranty, the product
is to be delivered with proof of warranty coverage (e.g. dated bill of sale),
s p e c i f i c a t i o n o f d e fe c t ( s ) , t ra n s p o r t a t i o n p re p a i d, to t h e Co m p a ny a t t h e
address shown below.
This Warranty does not extend to the elimination of externally generated static
o r n o i s e , t o c o r r e c t i o n o f a n t e n n a p r o b l e m s , t o c o s t s i n c u r r e d f o r
installation, removal or reinstallation of the product, or to damage to digital
m e m o r y / m e d i a d e v i c e s , g a m i n g d e v i c e s , d i s c s , s p e a k e r s , a c c e s s o r i e s , o r
vehicle electrical systems.
This Warrant y does not apply to any produc t or par t thereof which, in the
opinion of the Company, has suffered or been damaged through alteration,
improper installation, mishandling, misuse, neglect, accident, or by removal
or defacement of the fac tor y serial number/bar code label(s). THE EXTENT
