Replacing a displacer in an existing displacer chamber

A Rosemount 5300 Series Transmitter is the perfect replacement for an existing displacer 
chamber. To simplify installation, proprietary flanges are offered to allow for using the same 
chambers.

Considerations when changing to Rosemount 5300

When changing from a displacer to a Rosemount 5300 Series Transmitter, make sure to 
correctly match the Rosemount 5300 Series flange choice and probe length to the 
chamber. Both standard ANSI and EN (DIN), as well as proprietary chamber flanges are 
available. 

Table 3-5

 shows probe length guidelines.
