This is a critical item to configure. The setting on the bottom card
determines the addresses of the CPU in the chassis. The settings on the
upper cards are ignored, they automatically follow the bottom card
sequentially.
1 = CPU 1-4, 5 = CPU 5-8, 9 = CPU 9-12, 13 = CPU 13-16 and so on
