Installing the angle brackets
Installation on the front wheel:
1. Loosen the brake caliper bolt and remove the
brake caliper.
2. Fit both angle brackets (D, E) with using a
washer (X). The washer (X) is part of the brake
caliper and not included.
3. Check whether the brake caliper mount thread
is long enough.
It should be possible to screw the thread
on the bolt for at least 6 turns. If that’s not
possible, please use a longer thread insert (not
included).
4. Mount the brake caliper and tighten the bolt to
a torque of 8 to 10 Nm. Please also read the manual for the brake!
Installation on the rear wheel:
1. Loosen the brake caliper bolt and remove the brake caliper.
2. Fit the angle bracket (D) with a washer (X). The washer (X) is part of the brake caliper and not
included.
3. Check whether the brake caliper mount thread is long enough.
It should be possible to screw the thread on the bolt for at least 6 turns. If that’s not possible, please
use a longer thread insert (not included).
4. Mount the brake caliper and tighten the bolt to a torque of 8 to 10 Nm. Please also read the manual
for the brake!
ATTENTION: When mounting the bracket on bikes with cantilever or V-brakes, you will need
appropriate bolts and washers. These are not included!
