OPERATION  BRUSH

Installation of brush 

Disc Type

The brush must snap in immediately. A rattling 
noise  indicates  that  the  brush  head  is  not 
correctly centered. Turn off switch ”A”, correct 
position  of  brush  head  and  turn  on  switch  “C 
(B6050 & 6050C)” or “D (B6050x)” for locking. 
Now  the  brush  is  locked.  Repeat    locking 
operation.

Installation of brush 

Ÿ

Remove screw of the brush cover.

Ÿ

Fasten supplied brushes at the drive rollers at the 

inside of the opposite cover.

Ÿ

Close brush cover such that the guiding rollers and 

the brushes catch safely.

  When  mounting,  check    the  safe  catching  of  
rollers and brushes.

Before cleaning or maintaining the machine as 
well  as  before  replacing  parts  of  it,  turn  the 
machine off and disconnect the plug.

 

Cylindrical Type

Brush Lifting  

Ÿ

Pedal is used to lift and lower  the brush.

Ÿ

For lowering, first press the pedal a little to outside 
(unlock) and  then allow it to move slowly upwards.

Ÿ

For  lifting,  press  the  pedal  slowly  downwards  and  

make it lock.

Brushes / Pads

The machine must be equipped with brushes from the 
accessories kit, as required by the degree of dirtiness 
and kind of ground.  

 

Ÿ

The tank should be empty.

Ÿ

Lift the squeegee.

Ÿ

Place the brush in front of the machine.

Ÿ

Raise the brush head.

Ÿ

Move the brush to center of the brush head.

Ÿ

Lower the brush head so that the catch is centered in 

the brush.

Ÿ

For 

B6050 - 

Turn on switch “B” for a short time in 

order to allow locking.

Ÿ

For 

B6050x - 

Turn on switch “C” for a short time in 

order to allow locking.

When  lowering  the  machine  pay  attention  to 
prevent  the  pedal  for  lifting  of  the  brush  head 
from being pressed down.

Removal of brush

Ÿ

Empty the tanks.

Ÿ

Lift the squeegee and the brush 

head.

Ÿ

For 

B6050

 - Press switch “D1 & 

D2” simultaneously for unlocking 
of brush.

Ÿ

For 

B6050x - 

Press switch “B & E” 

simultaneously  for  unlocking  of 
brush.

Debris Cleaning

Ÿ

Tilt the debris tray towards machine side and pull it 

out.

Ÿ

Now empty the tray by inverting it and shaking.

Ÿ

Clean the tray and place it back for further cleaning

Ÿ

Press the rear end of the machine downwards.

Ÿ

Pull the machine towards the rear.

Ÿ

Brush is now lying in front of the machine.

Pedal to 

raise/lower 

the brush 

Removal of brush

Ÿ

Raise the brush head and set to its parking position.   
Remove the screw at the idler end, open the cover 
and pull the brushes towards the user. 

Ÿ

Close the cover and retighten the screw.

When  inserting  the  brushes  for  the  next 
operation, make sure to change position of the 
brush  such  that  one-sided  brush  wearing  is 
preluded.
