Always unplug the appliance before cleaning!
Never immerse base unit and mains plug in water or clean them under running water!
Attention! Hazard of injury: Do not touch the 2-winged blade! Handle cutting tools
with care to avoid injuries!
• Clean the appliance immediately after use so that residues will not dry up.
• Highly pigmented foods (e. g. carrots) may stain the appliance’s plastic parts or accessories.
Wipe those parts with some cooking oil before cleaning them.
• The following parts are suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher:
- glass bowl (2)
- working cover for glass bowl (3)
- anti-slip mat for glass bowl (4)
- whisking disc (5)
- 2-winged universal stainless steel blade (6)
- 2-winged serrated special stainless steel blade (7)
• The following parts are
not
suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher:
- base unit (1)
• Remove all detachable parts from the base unit.
• Clean the base unit with a moist cloth and wipe it dry.
• Clean all other parts in hot water with some dishwashing detergent or if suitable in the
dishwasher.
• We recommend cleaning the blades in hot water with some dishwashing detergent and
a cleaning brush.

Do not use any abrasives, solvents or sharp objects!
• Never use a steam jet appliance for cleaning!
