H ow to keep food w arm
W ith this appliance you can also keep baby food w arm for som e tim e; for this end position
the rotary knob to the range for keeping w arm (refer to picture on page 2). H ow ever, for
reasons of m icrobiology and hygiene baby food should never be kept w arm for longer than 1
hour.
H ow to use it in the car
The appliance can be connected to the car's cigarette lighter by sim ply putting on the
included adapter.
In order to w arm up baby food in bottles and jars quickly, turn the rotary knob to the ‘jar’
sym bol; otherw ise the instructions for operation as described above w ill apply. H ow ever, if
the B aby Food W arm er is used in the car, the pilot lam p w ill not go on. D ue to the double
function of the appliance, it w ill take som e m ore tim e to heat up baby food.
A ttention: The B aby Food W arm er m ust not be used w hite riding - risk of scalding! If it
is used for hours, the car battery m ay be w eakened.
Cleaning and m aintenance
Alw ays unplug the appliance prior to cleaning and let it cool. In order to avoid calcerous
form ation alw ays w ipe out the B aby Food W arm er w ith a dam p cloth after usage. D o not use
any detergents or abrasive detergents. N ever im m erse the appliance in w ater and do not use
any steam jet appliances.
