LEF-12/20 EUV4 Ink Switching Method
* Illustrations show the LEF-20. Clean the
same locations as with the LEF-12.

Clean in the sequence shown in the figure below.
Be especially careful to clean away any fibrous dust (lint).
While cleaning, be careful not to touch the head surfaces (nozzle surface) directly with the stick.

Close the front cover.

Press
The screen shown in the figure appears, then cleaning starts.
When the screen shown in the figure appears, manual cleaning is finished.

Gently stroke the sponge.
Never rub forcefully.
Clean only the metal frame.
