Operation Modes of 

GERD

 and BK 

 

GERD

 offers the following operation modes: 

 

Live Play with Styles 

Traditional  arranger  keyboard,  played 

with styles   

 

Live Play with SMF (MIDI Files) 

Playing  a  keyboard  with  MIDI  Files 
instead of playing with styles  

 

Song Edit  

Edit  and  adapt  Standard  MIDI  Files 
(Format  0  and  1).  Substitute  patches, 

modify effect settings, etc. 

 

Style Edit  

Edit and adapt styles (Roland style format). Substitute patches, modify effect 
settings, etc. 
A  sub  mode  to  play  the  styles  in  the  BK  and  to  control  them  with 

GERD
