1.

Place the rear guard (8) from the front on to the motor unit (3). Align

attach it to the motor unit (3).

2.

On  to  the  shaft  (2),  place  the  fan  blades  (9)  with  the  collar  facing

forward. Align the blades (9) so that the screw in the collar points above the

flat  groove  in  the  shaft  (2).  Hold  the  fan  blades  (9)  in  this  position  and

tighten the screw.

3.

Release  all  clamps  along  the  perimeter  of  the  front  grille  (10).  Place

the front grille (10) against the rear grille (8) so that the rear grille (8) slides

into the hook located on the top end of the grille (10), and so that the screw

holes at the bottom of both the grille (8) & (10) overlap, see figure A1 and

A2.  Secure  all  the  clamps  along  the  perimeter  of  the  front  grille  (10)  by

tilting  them  down  towards  the  edge  of  the  grilles  (8)  and  (10).  And  then

screw  the  supplied  screw  with  the  nut  into  the  overlapping  holes  in  the
