To roll the decorative ring to the direction as the above diagram and make it to match
with the sign of the back cover (Loosen) position.
Take out the decorative ring and the louver from the back cover. (See the diagram
below.)
To roll the nut to the direction as below and take off the fan blade. (See the diagram
below.)

the louver and take off the louver.
