Selection of Ceramic Capacitors
In selecting the ceramic capacitors, consider the DC bias characteristics and select the ones with actual capacitance are
equivalent. For reference, figure 15 shows the DC bias characteristics of MLASA168BB5476MRCA01(TAIYO YUDEN) listed
in the part list C7. Actual capacitance degrades to 50% from the nominal value of 47
μ
F under the condition of 1.8V output(DC
bias voltage is 1.8V.) When selecting an alternative component, select the product that has same capacitance under 1.8V of
DC bias voltage. (Please check with the capacitor manufacturer for the DC bias characteristics of ceramic capacitors.).
