Collecting Information for Technical Support
If you encounter problems that you cannot solve yourself, contact your
Rohde
&
Schwarz support center, see
Chapter 16.5, "Contacting Customer Support"
on page 496. Our support center staff is optimally trained to assist you in solving prob-
lems.
The support center finds solutions more quickly and efficiently if you provide them with
information on the instrument and an error description.
Obtaining information from the R&S NRX firmware
1. Select [System]
> "Test".
2. Create and save the information for troubleshooting. See
Attach the archive file to an email in which you describe the problem.
