Volume control for DJ mike

Master output fader
Volume controls final output of mixer towards slave or power amplifers.

Equalizer controls (only on MX120)
This is used to regulate the degree of treble and bass in the sound.

Level adjuster
These controls are used to adjust input levels of the different inputs.

Input selector
This switch is used to select the input signal: CD/MD or MICRO on the channels 1 and 4 and
PHONO/AUX or CD/MD on the channels 2 and 3. On channel M, this switch is used to put the
DJ microphone on and off.

Remote control switch option
This switch is used to start and/or stop any connected apparatus from the mixing panel.

Cross fader
With this fader is it possible to fade between the channels 1-2 and channels 3-4. When the
knob stands completly at the left then appears the signal of channel 1and 2 on the output.
When the knob stands completly at the right then the signal of channel 3 and 4 appears on
the
output.

Triple equalizer crossfader system (only on the MX126)
Both sides of the crossfader are provided with a triple band EQUALIZER. With the left
EQUALIZER it is possible to correct channels 1 & 2 with +/- 13dB at 100Hz/1kHz/10kHz.The
same is possible with the right EQUALIZER for channels 3 & 4. This facility is placed for DJ’s
who like “BEAT-mixing”. The equalizers are the same as the ones used on the MX180.
CONNECTIONS
A)
CD/MD input
Input for compact disc players and mini disc players.
B)
PHONO/AUX input
Switchable phono or aux input with a sensitivity of 2mV and build in RIAA correction for phono
and an input with a sensitivity of 220mV.
C)
PHONO/AUX input switch
Switch to configure input B as phono or aux input. In phono mode you can connect as well
MM as MC phono-cells with high output levels. In aux mode you can connect different
apparatuses as a tuner, tape recorder, cassette recorder or (HIFI) video recorder.
D)
Ground
If the recordplayer has a ground wire, connect it to the ground terminal.
E)
Micro input
Unbalanced microphone input.
F)
Effects IN/OUT (channel M only)
Input and output to connect effect apparatus to the microphone channel. If there is no plug in
the JACK, the microphone channel works normally, if there is a plug inserted in the JACK, the
internal link is interrupted. The sensitivity of this IN/OUT connection is 220mV.
G)
Remote control terminal option
The terminal is completely independent of the electronics of this set.
Only for switching low current/low voltage.
