TO INSTALL OR SWITCH ACCESSORIES:
• With air supply disconnected, Align the wrench slots of the Micro Grinder Body with the
wrench flats of the Shaft.
• Slide one of the 9mm Collet Wrenches into the Slots and over the wrench flats of the shaft
(FIG 1)
.
• Place the 2nd Wrench over the flats of the Collet Retainer
(FIG 1)
.
• Loosen the threaded-on Collet Retainer to release the Collet grip on accessory shank and pull
out the accessory. Replace accessory with one of the same size shank by sliding the shank
into the Collet then retighten securely.
CONNECTION
• Be sure that the air supply to the tool is clean and dry. Moisture in the supply line will quickly
damage the motor and valves.
• A minimum 3/8” I.D. air line should be used for optimal performance.
OPERATION
• Make sure the ribbed Throttle Sleeve is rotated to the full closed position
(FIG 1)
.
• Connect air supply, hold tool securely and turn the ribbed Throttle Sleeve to the right to open
Throttle
(FIG 1)
. Speed is regulated by the amount the Throttle Sleeve is turned.
NOTE:
Total range of Throttle Sleeve motion is less than 90° closed to full-open.
MAINTENANCE
• Add air tool oil to the Inline Oiler as the oil level is depleted to maintain sufficient lubrication
to the air motor.
INJURY HAZARD!
To avoid injury, always disconnect air supply to Micro Die Grinder before
installing or replacing accessories or accessories.

To avoid injury, only use accessories and accessories rated for High-RPM,
(54,000 or greater) use.
