2400PSI PETROL HIGH PRESSURE WASHER

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

 

NOTE:

 Before using the tool, read the 

instruction book carefully.

1. ASSEMBLY

WARNING: 

Always wear safety goggles 

or safety glasses with side shields when 

operating tools. Failure to do so could result in 

objects being thrown into your eyes causing possible 

serious injury.

WARNING:

 Always stop the engine during the 

assembly.

2. UNPACK

Unpack all of that supplied equipment on a clean flat 

surface.

Compare and match the accessories and contents of 

the box to the main picture included in the manual. 

If you find that parts are missing or damaged, do not 

use the product and contact your dealer. The use of 

incomplete or damaged products is a potential hazard 

to people and property

3. To prepare your pressure washer for operation, 

you will need to perform these tasks:

1)  Attach handle to main unit.

2)  Add oil to engine crankcase.

3)  Add fuel to fuel tank.

4)  Connect high pressure hose to trigger gun and 

pump.

5)   Connect water supply to pump.

6)  Attach nozzle extension to trigger gun.

7)  Select/attach quick connect nozzle to nozzle 

extension.

4. HANDLE ASSEMBLY(See Fig. A1& A2)

Insert the handle to the handle supports (a) of the 

high pressure washer. Fix it by using the two screws 

(18) for handle .

5. ADD ENGINE OIL

CAUTION! 

The following procedures and 

adjustments must be performed before the 

engine is started. Do not attempt to make any of these 

adjustments with the engine is running.

1) OIL TYPE 

Always use good-quality engine oil which classified 

SAE 30 oil. Never use additives with recommended 

oil.

To prolong the life of your engine it is important that 

the oil is changed after the first 5 hours of use - refer 

to “Maintenance”.

2) FILLING WITH ENGINE OIL (See Fig. B1&B2)

CAUTION! 

To prevent engine damage the 

engine is shipped without oil or petrol. The 

engine must be filled with the correct grade of oil and 

petrol before starting the engine. 

Check the engine oil level with the engine stopped 

and the washer on a level surface.

a)   Unscrew and remove the oil dipstick (b).

b)   Gradually add good-quality engine oil. Check 

the oil level frequently while filling. Wipe the oil 

dipstick clean; refit and tighten the filler cap and 

then remove it again. 

  The oil level must between the “Min” and “Max” 

marks on the dipstick. Do not overfill. 

c)   Wipe spilled oil with a soft cloth and reattach the 

oil tank cap.

NOTE:

 

Running the engine with a low oil level will 

cause engine damage. Recommend use high 

detergent, premium quality 4-stroke engine oil. Use 

non-detergent oil can shorten the engine’s service 

life and using 2-stroke oil will damage the engine. 

Do not overfill. Wipe away any spilt oil.

6. ADD FUEL

1) FUEL TYPE

Always use clean, fresh unleaded petrol. Purchase 

fuel in quantities that can be used within 30 days. 

Never mix oil with petrol. 

Fill to base of neck to allow for fuel expansion. Do not 

overfill the fuel tank.

2) FILLING WITH FUEL 

WARNING: 

 Petrol is highly inflammable and 

extreme precaution must be taken when 

handling or working with it. Keep out of reach of 

children.

WARNING: 

 This product is not supplied with 

fuel.

Before operation, it is essential to fill it with proper oil.

a)   Unscrew and remove the fuel tank cap (7).

b)   Add fuel until fuel level remains a minimum 5mm 

of space between top of the fuel and the inside 

edge of the tank to allow for expansion. Do not 

overfill.

c)   Wipe any spilled fuel with a soft cloth and tighten 

the fuel tank cap.

d)   Refuel in a well-ventilated area with the engine 

stopped. Do not smoke or allow flames or sparks 

in the area where the engine the engine is refueled
