Chapter 5 Preventative Maintenance and Component Replacement
Replace AC/DC Power Supplies
PS1, PS2, PS5, or PS6 Power Supplies
1. Open the LV Control cabinet door.
2. Loosen the top and bottom terminal screws and remove the wires on the
PS1, PS2, PS5, or PS6 power supplies.

3. Release the spring-loaded latches at the bottom of the power supply and
lift the control relay off the DIN rail.

4. Install the new power supply in reverse order of removal.
ATTENTION:
Always perform Power Lockout procedure before servicing
equipment. Verify with a hot stick or appropriate voltage measuring device
that all circuits are voltage free. Failure to do so may result in severe burns,
injury, or death.
