Installation

Publication 6181-6.0

A standard IEC 320 power cord provides power to the 6181 Computer
AC version.  The power supply input will accept 120/240V AC.  The
power supply is autoswitching.

ATTENTION: The power cord must be connected to an
outlet having an earth ground (three-prong outlet).
Failure to follow this warning could result in severe
electrical shock.

Use the power cord retainer to prevent accidental interruption of power
to the 6181 Computer.  Pull the cord retainer over the cord plug as
shown below.

ATTENTION:  EXPLOSION HAZARD!  You must
install the power cord retainer clip to ensure safety in
hazardous locations.

Failure to secure the power cord with the retainer clip
could result in hazardous conditions if the power cord is
accidentally disconnected.
