Verdrahtungsanleitung:
Assembly and soldering instructions:
Überprüfen Sie die Bauteile auf Vollständigkeit und
Funktion (z.B. Leichtgängigkeit der Potis). Die Verdrahtung
einer Hollowbody Gitarre setzt einige Geschicklichkeit
voraus, da die Bauelemente direkt in der Decke eingebaut
werden müssen. Am besten Verdrahten Sie die Elemente
zuerst mit ausreichend Kabellängen und setzen dann diese
in den Body durch die F-Löcher in der Decke ein.
Geeignete Werkzeuge (Spitzzange, Hilfsstäbe, etc.)
erleichtern die Arbeit. Verlöten Sie die Bauteile laut
nebenstehendem Verdrahtungsplan. Achten Sie beim
Anlöten der 6.35mm Klinkenbuchse auf richtigen
Anschluss der Masseverbindung. Die Masse muss den
hintern Teil des Klinkensteckers (Gitarrenkabel)
kontaktieren.
Check if all parts are available. Check if controls are easy
to turn. Assembly of an hollowbody guitar needs some
certain skills and dexterity. We recommend that you first
solder all parts together (do not chop the cables) before
you insert the elements through the F-holes into the body.
Some tools like needle nose pliers can help you to do the
work. Solder all parts properly according to schematics on
left side. When you solder 6.35mm output jack make sure
that ground wire is connected like shown on picture.
Ground wire from pickup switch or one of the controls
housing to the metal tailbridge is mandatory to avoid
humming noise.
