Drill for the Locking Devices
1. With the drawer box upside down on a stable work
surface, position the Drilling Guide on the drawer
bottom in one of the front corners. Make sure the flat
foot is against the drawer side and the arrow points
to the side.
2. With the 2.5mm bit chucked in a handheld drill, hold
the Drill Guide in place and use the guide holes to drill
the angled holes for mounting the slide bracket.

3. Flip the Drill Guide side-to-side and repeat Steps 1
and 2 in the other front bottom corner of the
drawer box.
Drill for the Slides’ Rear Pins
1. With the drawer box still upside down, place the Drill
Guide in one of the notches and against the drawer side.
Make sure the shoulder on the rounded foot of the
guide rests squarely on the bottom of the notch.
2. With the 6mm bit chucked in a handheld drill, hold the
Drill Guide in place and use the guide hole closest to
the drawer side to bore the hole for the rear pin
on the slide.

3. Reposition the Drill Guide in the other notch and
repeat Steps 1 and 2, using the other guide hole in
the Drill Guide.
