1, Hold the phase plug firmly,release
screw from back of motor to remove
phase plug.
2, Disconnect the connectors and
remove motor cover.
3, Unscrew the screws from housing
to remove it from motor.
4, Lift diaphragm/coil assembly from motor.
8, Fit the screw with flat washer from motor
cover,make sure screw tip extends above
diaphragm,then carefully fit the phase plug
from front and move the screw back a little
until phase plug sits in pole piece.Hold the
phase plug firmly and secure it with screw.
7, Align connectors in motor cover
with tweeter and fit cover.
6, Align the pins on housing with holes in
plastic then secure housing with screws.
5, Take out new diaphragm/coil assemly,
align holes in plastic with rivets on top
plate and fit to motor carefully.
