5.1 Assembly
Step 1. Attach the handles to the frame of the pressure washer. Insert bolts and tighten with knobs.
Step 2. For machines with hose reels: Attach the hose reel to the handle of the machine. Align holes insert
bolts, and tighten.
Step 3. Attach the wand to the spray gun. Tighten securely.
Step 4. Attach the high pressure hose to the spray gun. Tighten securely. For machines with hose reels: attach
the long hose of the hose reel to the gun.

5.2 Operating Procedures (Start-Up)
ATTENTION: Become familiar with the operating procedures before starting your unit.
1)
Add fresh high quality unleaded gasoline.
2)
Check oil level. See Engine Operator’s Manual for correct amount and type.
3)
Connect high pressure hose to pump outlet. (see picture 1)
4)
Connect water source to pump inlet. There is plastic tap connector equipped with pump, connect your
own connector to it, and screw tightly. (see picture 2)

NOTE 1: Never pull the hose to move the unit. This could damage hose and/or pump inlet.
NOTE 2: Water source must provide a minimum of 0.2Mpa.Inlet hose can connected to the water main with Max.
inlet pressure 1MPa.
NOTE 3: Use cold water only and water’s temperature should not exceed 147.6
F
(50°C).

Insert the chemical hose into the chemical liquid container. See figure 3
