You hear a beep when you have applied enough
of the sample (provided the beeper is enabled).
The dropper icon disappears and the test starts.
13 The result of the proficiency test is displayed, the
comment Proficiency is automatically added. If you
want to add further comments, touch . The test
result is automatically saved to memory.
After the test result is displayed, touch . You
will be prompted to remove the strip.
14 CAUTION! Dispose of used test strips from
proficiency testing in accordance with the disposal
policy of your facility.
Remove the test strip from the meter.
15 Power the meter off.
16 Clean the meter if this becomes necessary (see
Chapter 8, Maintenance and Care , starting with 8.2
