The firmware version and bootloader version can be checked on this page. Also if the new firmware is available, that
can be programmed by clicking on the switch which is used in manual case. Normally if there is an updated firmware
available, the application prompts the user to download the new firmware.
6.14.1
Firmware Downloading Process
Before programming the firmware, make sure that the remote is disconnected, there is no rider on the skateboard and
skateboard is static and perfectly horizontal on the flat ground. The programming takes almost 3-5 minutes. During that
process, don’t move the skateboard, keep the mobile close to the skateboard, don’t power the skateboard or mobile
application till the process has been completed. The buzzer continuously beeps in the process. Once the skateboard is
programmed and after that if it is powered off automatically, the user has to press long the power button for about 30
seconds till the skateboard power on beep is heard. After the new firmware has been installed, you need to reconnect the
mobile application a pop up message appears as “New Firmware Found” to confirm you that the firmware has been
installed successfully. If the firmware downloading is aborted during the process due to some reason, you need to power
off the skateboard and mobile application and try to download again.
