Assembly sequel

Mount the handle to the sliding table. Make sure the pinion of 0,5mm thickness is fixed between the handle and the lever.

Seal the aluminium ends with the accessory plastic plugs

Put the machine in place and level it with bolts 2 x M16 x 40 + nut under the sliding table and 2 x M30 (behind the door to

change the belt). Also, adjust the supports of the tables to the ground.

Now the machine is assembled mechanically

Electrical connection

Connect the machine electrically 3 x 400V + PE (earthing) in the electrical cabinet. A wire diameter of 4 mm²

is advisable, especially for the earthing.

The earthing has to be in a good state and has to be connected to the earthing pin or earthing loop with

a recommended resistance of maximum 10Ω. This to avoid hitches.

Turn off the main switch. If everything is connected securely, the power can be turned on. Check the charge on the

clamps.

Check the sense of rotation of the motors

Motor up and down saw blade

Motor saw tilt saw-frame

Motor saw blade has to turn right!!

Motor scorer saw blade has to turn left (it can only turn if the main motor turn and after switchover to triangle)

After control of the sense of rotation, the saw blades can be fixed and they can turn

Pay attention

to the rotational speed and the sense of the teeth on the saw blade. Fix and adjust the riving knife to the saw

blade.
