(1) Remove air cleaner cover and element from the air

cleaner.

(2) Loosen nuts and a bolt, and remove air cleaner body.

M6 Flange nut : 2pcs.

M6 x 20mm Flange bolt : 1pce.

Tools : 10mm Box wrench

Cleaner cover

Element

Air cleaner base

Carburetor

(3) Be sure not to break the gasket, carefully remove

carburetor from insulator.
