Clearances are the req

s fire hazards. Comb

stibles are
materials that may catch fire and incl

de common

ch as
w
ood, paper, r
u
bber, fabric, etc.
Maintain clearances to combustibles at all times
for safety.
Clearances for all heater models are located on the
b
u
rner of the heater and
in this
man
u
al. Check the clearances on each b
u
rner for the
model heater being installed to make s
u
re the
prod
u
ct is s
u
itable for yo
u
r application and the
clearances are maintained. Read and follo
w
the
safety g
u
idelines belo
w
:
• Keep gasoline or other comb

stible materials

ding flammable objects, liq
u
ids, d

ay from this heater or any other

ipment.

res. It is the installer’s responsibility to

re that adjacent materials are protected from
degradation.

ired clearances from the heater to the

the heater thermostat. In the absence of a
thermostat, signs m

st be posted in a

s location.

WARNING
Fire Hazard
Keep all flammable objects, liquids and
vapors the minimum required clearances to
combustibles away from heater.
Some objects will catch fire or explode when
placed close to heater.
Failure to follow these instructions can result
in death, injury or property damage.
