• If the adapter’s case is broken or damaged, replace it with an original Rituals
Perfume Adapter;
• Keep the product away from children and don’t let them play with it.
• Try to limit the movement of a cartridge that is in use.
• Only use the product indoors and at normal temperatures.
• Do not travel with a cartridge that is in use.
Cleaning and maintenance:
Do not clean the product when it is on or connected to a power source. To
prevent scratches, use a soft, dry cloth to clean the product. Do not use
cleaning products and do not submerge the product in liquids.
Warranty:
You have purchased a Wireless Perfume Diffuser from Rituals. The purchased
product is exclusively for the fragrancing of enclosed areas in your house. It is
not intended, nor is it appropriate for other use, such as industrial use. When
using it, you are required to follow the information in the manual. Incorrect
use can cause damage, and Rituals is in no way responsible in the case of
incorrect use, nor is the warranty valid in the case of incorrect use.
This product has a warranty period of 1 year. Any complaints that are a result
of materials and or factory error will be handled within the warranty period
free of charge.
Rituals gives this warranty and is located at Keizersgracht 683, 1017DW,
Amsterdam in The Netherlands.
The issued warranty is not valid:
• When you have not operated the product according to the manual, and/or
have used it improperly;
• If the product is altered, modified or changed in any way;
• In the event that you did not use the original components and/or if you used
an incorrect refill;
• For damages that occur during transport;
• For normal wear and tear of product;
• When the product has been opened and/or the cover sticker is damaged
This warranty is in addition to the rights afforded to you by Dutch law and
shall not affect these rights.
Based on section 7:17 of the Netherlands Civil Code, a product must be
delivered that complies with the agreement.. This means that the product
must have qualities that you can reasonably expect.
