When plugging in the receiver (9), make sure it is within the
radio range of the transmitter. The control lamp showing that
the receiver is operational
will light up
. The
signal lamp
then flashes for approx. 15 sec. and after this
the receiver is operational.
A three-position volume switch
is located on the back of
the receiver. You can set this to:

signal lamp cannot be turned off.
When the transmitter is activated, the receiver lets out a double
signla.tone simultaneously. Following this, the
signal lamp
flashes for approx. 15 sec. Even if the switch
on the transmitter is set to
, the receiver only
makes a
sound (no alarm tone).
If the receiver does not react when the transmitter is activated,
plug it into a socket closer to the transmitter and check the
function again.

The area monitored by the movement sensor can be altered by
using the accompanying lans cap
Place the lens cap over
the sensor lens. The lateral areas are shielded by the slit in
such a way, that only a small area (vertical or horizontal) is still
monitored. The range of the infrared sensor amounts to approx.
5 meters and with opening range of approx. 140° (Fig. A+B).
