RISCO ȱ Group ȱ and ȱ its ȱ subsidiaries ȱ and ȱ affiliates ȱ ( Ȉ Seller Ȉ ) ȱ warrants ȱ its ȱ products ȱ to ȱ be ȱ free ȱ from ȱ defects ȱ in ȱ
materials ȱ and ȱ workmanship ȱ under ȱ normal ȱ use ȱ for ȱ 24 ȱ months ȱ from ȱ the ȱ date ȱ of ȱ production. ȱ Because ȱ Seller ȱ does ȱ
not ȱ install ȱ or ȱ connect ȱ the ȱ product ȱ and ȱ because ȱ the ȱ product ȱ may ȱ be ȱ used ȱ in ȱ conjunction ȱ with ȱ products ȱ not ȱ
manufactured ȱ by ȱ the ȱ Seller, ȱ Seller ȱ cannot ȱ guarantee ȱ the ȱ performance ȱ of ȱ the ȱ security ȱ system ȱ which ȱ uses ȱ this ȱ
product. ȱ Seller ȇ s ȱ obligation ȱ and ȱ liability ȱ under ȱ this ȱ warranty ȱ is ȱ expressly ȱ limited ȱ to ȱ repairing ȱ and ȱ replacing, ȱ at ȱ
Seller ȇ s ȱ option, ȱ within ȱ a ȱ reasonable ȱ time ȱ after ȱ the ȱ date ȱ of ȱ delivery, ȱ any ȱ product ȱ not ȱ meeting ȱ the ȱ specifications. ȱ
Seller ȱ makes ȱ no ȱ other ȱ warranty, ȱ expressed ȱ or ȱ implied, ȱ and ȱ makes ȱ no ȱ warranty ȱ of ȱ merchantability ȱ or ȱ of ȱ fitness ȱ
for ȱ any ȱ particular ȱ purpose. ȱ
In ȱ no ȱ case ȱ shall ȱ seller ȱ be ȱ liable ȱ for ȱ any ȱ consequential ȱ or ȱ incidental ȱ damages ȱ for ȱ breach ȱ of ȱ this ȱ or ȱ any ȱ other ȱ
warranty, ȱ expressed ȱ or ȱ implied, ȱ or ȱ upon ȱ any ȱ other ȱ basis ȱ of ȱ liability ȱ whatsoever. ȱ
Seller ȇ s ȱ obligation ȱ under ȱ this ȱ warranty ȱ shall ȱ not ȱ include ȱ any ȱ transportation ȱ charges ȱ or ȱ costs ȱ of ȱ installation ȱ or ȱ any ȱ
liability ȱ for ȱ direct, ȱ indirect, ȱ or ȱ consequential ȱ damages ȱ or ȱ delay. ȱ
Seller ȱ does ȱ not ȱ represent ȱ that ȱ its ȱ product ȱ may ȱ not ȱ be ȱ compromised ȱ or ȱ circumvented; ȱ that ȱ the ȱ product ȱ will ȱ
prevent ȱ any ȱ personal ȱ injury ȱ or ȱ property ȱ loss ȱ by ȱ burglary, ȱ robbery, ȱ fire ȱ or ȱ otherwise; ȱ or ȱ that ȱ the ȱ product ȱ will ȱ in ȱ
all ȱ cases ȱ provide ȱ adequate ȱ warning ȱ or ȱ protection. ȱȱ
Buyer ȱ understands ȱ that ȱ a ȱ properly ȱ installed ȱ and ȱ maintained ȱ alarm ȱ may ȱ only ȱ reduce ȱ the ȱ risk ȱ of ȱ burglary, ȱ robbery ȱ
or ȱ fire ȱ without ȱ warning, ȱ but ȱ is ȱ not ȱ insurance ȱ or ȱ a ȱ guaranty ȱ that ȱ such ȱ event ȱ will ȱ not ȱ occur ȱ or ȱ that ȱ there ȱ will ȱ be ȱ no ȱ
personal ȱ injury ȱ or ȱ property ȱ loss ȱ as ȱ a ȱ result ȱ thereof. ȱ
Consequently ȱ seller ȱ shall ȱ have ȱ no ȱ liability ȱ for ȱ any ȱ personal ȱ injury, ȱ property ȱ damage ȱ or ȱ loss ȱ based ȱ on ȱ a ȱ claim ȱ that ȱ
the ȱ product ȱ fails ȱ to ȱ give ȱ warning. ȱ However, ȱ if ȱ seller ȱ is ȱ held ȱ liable, ȱ whether ȱ directly ȱ or ȱ indirectly, ȱ for ȱ any ȱ loss ȱ or ȱ
damage ȱ arising ȱ under ȱ this ȱ limited ȱ warranty ȱ or ȱ otherwise, ȱ regardless ȱ of ȱ cause ȱ or ȱ origin, ȱ seller ȇ s ȱ maximum ȱ
liability ȱ shall ȱ not ȱ exceed ȱ the ȱ purchase ȱ price ȱ of ȱ the ȱ product, ȱ which ȱ shall ȱ be ȱ complete ȱ and ȱ exclusive ȱ remedy ȱ
against ȱ seller. ȱ
No ȱ employee ȱ or ȱ representative ȱ of ȱ Seller ȱ is ȱ authorized ȱ to ȱ change ȱ this ȱ warranty ȱ in ȱ any ȱ way ȱ or ȱ grant ȱ any ȱ other ȱ
warranty. ȱ
WARNING: ȱ This ȱ product ȱ should ȱ be ȱ tested ȱ at ȱ least ȱ once ȱ a ȱ week. ȱ
