Preventative Maintenance Schedule

Your system may require more frequent maintenance if used in a dusty area, such as a store or warehouse.

Wipe down the lift arm shaft and pay
close attention to:

Wipe down all surfaces of the
autoloader, including:
Sides and top

Base (remove the carousel first)

Non-abrasive, all-purpose cleaner
Weekly
Remove dust and debris from the fans
at the back of the autoloader.
Can of compressed air
Monthly
Remove dust and debris from the
openings at the back of the autoloader.
For embedded systems only (6100N,
7100N, and 8100N), remove the
carousel and remove dust and debris
from the openings to the PC module.
Vacuum
Monthly
Align the printer. Refer to the

in your User Guide

Torx T25 screwdriver
Upon installation, if the discs are not
picked correctly from the printer tray, or
if there are clamping errors.
