CAUTION

A low-volatile solvent that condenses (liquefies) within FI-915 or within a tube connected to
FI-915 cannot be measured.

A solvent gas with high humidity that causes condensation within FI-915 or within a tube
connected to FI-915 cannot be measured.

Do not use FI-915 near a device that significantly disturbs the waveform of power supply such
as electric welder. Also, do not use a power supply of the same system as a device that
significantly disturbs the waveform of power supply.

Carefully manage the temperature around FI-915 to prevent a measuring solvent from
condensing (liquefying) within FI-915 or tube connected to FI-915.
