This operation and maintenance manual is an integral part of the equipment
and the user is obliged to know the content thereof. Without prejudice to the
essential features of the type of equipment described, our company
reserves the right to make any change to any part, detail and accessory it
may deem to be adequate to improve the equipment at any time and
without undertaking to promptly update this publication.
ALL RIGHTS ARE RESERVED, it is forbidden to reproduce any part of
this manual in any form, without any explicit consent in writing.
2. CHECK THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE PURCHASED .
The original configuration of the spray gun shall not be modified in any way.
Original accessories and spare parts will always guarantee the observance of all safety rules.
Upon receipt, make sure that:
- The package is intact and not damaged.
- It contains all the documentation necessary for the proper installation and utilisation of the equipment.
In case of damage, inform the retailer.

4. DESCRIPTION
– Spray gun series MIL PLUS .
The latest generation
MIL
PLUS
spray gun is designed to be connected to a turbine RIGO TMR series through the cavity
situated below the handle (3). The amount of air can be adjusted with the rotary switch on the back of the spray gun or with the
power setup on the TMR turbine
5. TECHNICAL FEATURES .
The
MIL
PLUS
spray guns, used with a turbine RIGO TMR series, enable the operator to apply different types of products on
different materials (metal, wood, masonry ...). The complete system provides for an uniform surface finish
.
6. WORKABLE COVERAGE MATERIALS (Indicative table) .
MIL PLUS model: Suitable for light and dry products as:
pailettes, flock, talcum powder, cork grains, etc.
7. IMPROPER AND DANGEROUS USES .
If the equipment is used in any way, other than those specified by the manufacturer, this may damage the equipment and
represent a danger for the operator.
The equipment is not conceived to be used with dangerous, explosive and/or toxic
materials, herbicides and pesticides.
Our company is not liable for accidents and damage that may occur when the equipment is used by personnel NOT
AUTHORISED and not qualified or for purposes other than those mentioned above.
8. SAFETY RULES .
Attention! Observe the following safety rules:
Consider the environment for use:
- The spray gun is used with paints or solvents; keep in mind that these are highly inflammable;
- Provide for good lighting.
- Never point the spray gun against the human body or animals
