Step 7:
Build the subassembly shown below. Slide a weld
nut

into the groove in the cross support

. The
projections on the weld nut must face out from the groove.
With the help of an assistant, insert (4) socket screws

through the holes on the wide side of the L-bracket

and thread them into the weld nut inside the groove on
the cross support. Do not fully tighten. Insert an end cap

into the end of the cross
support subassembly.
Step 8:
With the help of an assistant, insert (2) socket screws

through the holes on the
narrow side of the L-bracket

and thread them into the weld nut in the first cross
support

. See Detail C. Do not fully tighten. insert (2) socket screws

through the
holes on the opposite end of the cross support and thread them into the weld nut in the
groove on the back of the third leg assembly

.See Detail A on Page 4. Level the cross
support with the first cross support and fully tighten all the socket screws. Insert an end
cap

into the end of the cross support. Attach the third leg assembly

to the work-
surface with (8) wood screws

. Fully tighten.
