Preparation for starting up and adjusting the burner
5.3
Ignition pilot
For correct working, set the gas pressure (measured on the pressure socket at the side of the pilot) and the air pressure (measured
on the pressure socket at the side of the pilot) in accordance with the following tables.
Indicative flame length = 400 - 600 mm
Output refers to the bottom air pressure.
By increasing the air pressure, in line with gas pressure, delivery tends to decrease and the flame beam becomes more intense
and shorter.
Check pilot flame stability before igniting the main burner.
In the case of ignition problems check:
• the correct position of the ignition electrode and the ionisation probe;
• the air and gas pressure, in accordance with the tables.
Maintenance
To have access to the inside components, loosen the screws A and slide the outside pipe off.
