Chain Maintenance
The chain maintenance includes:
Inspection, lubrication, cleaning of the driving
chain; check the free travel of the driving chain
within prescribed range; check the wear of the
driving chain and driving sprocket; adjust, clean
and lubricate the driving chain periodically.
Chain adjustment

Loosen rear axle lock nut and adjust stroke of
chain. The scale line of two ends of the chain
adjuster should be at the same level. The stroke
of chain is 15mm to 25mm.Readjust the free
stroke of rear brake pedal to 20mm to 30mm.
Tighten rear axle nut.

Clean and Lubrication of chain
The sand and dirt will be on the chain during riding,
so clean the chain frequently.

Mantenimiento de la Cadena
La cadena est á diseñada para transmitir la potencia
de salida, la cual juega un papel importante durante
el funcionamiento de l veh ículo. Así que la cadena
debe estar bien cuidada
Ajuste de la Cadena

Afloje tuerca de bloqueo del eje trasero y ajuste
el recorrido de la cadena. La l ínea de la escala de
dos extremos del tope de la cadena debe estar en el
mismo nivel. El recorrido de la cadena debe ser de
15 mm a 25mm. Reajustar el libre recorrido del
pedal del freno trasero de 20 mm a 30 mm. Apriete
la tuerca del eje trasero

Limpieza y lubricaci ó n de la cadena
Si hay arena y suciedad en la cadena durante la
conducci ón, limpie la cadena frecuentemente
