2. Installation Steps:
Assembling Your Bike
2.1 Fork/Headset Assembly:
PLEASE COMPLETE STEPS IN ORDER.

Align steered tube with the hole of the head tube, slowly slide through. (Figure A)

Push Compression ring (the compression ring is the only split ring) flush with head tube, then slide
on headset spacers. (Figure B)

Slide on the Stem with attach handlebars on top of spacers. (Figure C)
▪
Tighten on the top cap with attached bolt using hex wrench. (Figure D)

Once top cap is tightened, align stem and tighten pinch bolts. (Figure E) Please refer to the
Detailed Torque Specifications in section 2.7 to ensure that the bolts are torqued to the specified
range.

IT’S VITAL TO TIGHTEN THE BAR CLAMP TO AVOID THE MOVEMENT OF THE
HANDLEBARS, AS WELL AS THE COMPRESSION CAP, ENSURING FORK IS INSTALLED
CORRECTLY. THIS SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY SOMEONE FAMILIAR WITH BIKE MECHANICS.
