Connecting Power to the Controller
WARNING: After connecting the power, the motor will calibrate. Ensure that your unit is
safely mounted and free of obstruction.
1.
Locate the supplied IEC (PC style) power cord.
2.
Connect the power cord to the controller box and then to the wall outlet.
3.
The unit will now calibrate. Wait for the calibration to complete and do not
interfere with the calibration process.
4.
Wait for Windows to finish installing drivers if this is the first use.
Grounding the Servo Motor (Optional)
1.
Connect the ring end of the supplied ground cable to the grounding
post on the back of the servo motor.
2.
Connect the other end of the ground cable to a suitable ground point
such as one of the screws on the back of your PC.
Creating an Owners Club Account
3.
Go to
www.simxperience.com
4.
Click ‘Register’ at the bottom of the page.
5.
Fill in the form and follow the instructions on screen.
6.
Notify Ricmotech support of the email address used for the account so we can activate your
account.
Installing Software
1.
Download the Sim Commander 4 software from the link provided to you via email.
2.
Run the setup.exe
3.
Follow the prompts in the wizard to set your simulator type. (select Motionless if you have only
the Mini Mite Pro and/or SimVibe)
4.
Log in to the Owners Club via Sim Commander to obtain the most current software version and the
latest Mini Mite firmware.
