Install Rear L-Brackets and Rear Mounting Brackets
1. On the Rear Top Struts, remove the bolts, washers and nuts from
the hole closest to the bend in both Struts. Retain the hardware.
2. Position (1) L-Bracket on the outer side of the Strut where the hard-
ware was removed. The slot will match up to the empty hole. The
other side of the L-Bracket will touch the underside of the Top.
3. With a marker, mark the
hole location on the under-
side of the Top.
4. Remove the L-Bracket.
Using a 5/16”drill bit, drill
through the Top at the
marked location.
5. Reposition the L-Bracket.
Using the original hard-
ware, fasten the L-Bracket
to the Rear Top Strut.
6. Repeat Steps 2-5 for the
opposite Rear Strut.
7. Identify (1) Rear Mounting Bracket.
Position the Bracket so the larger
hole touches the Top and place it
over the newly drilled hole in the Top.
The tab with the smaller hole should
face the rear of the cart.
8. Using (1) M8 x 20mm Hex Bolt, (2)
M8 Flat Washers and (1) M8 Lock
Nut, fasten the Rear Mounting Brack-
et to the Top and L-Bracket. Do NOT
fully tighten.
9. Repeat Steps 7-8 for the second Rear Mounting Bracket.
Install Front L-Brackets and Front Mounting Brackets
1. On the Front Top Struts, remove the bolts, washers and nuts from
the hole farthest away from the bend in the Struts. Retain hardware.
2. Locate the rear most gusset on the inner side of the Top Strut Pock-
et of the Top. The gusset will have to be removed to make room for
the L-Bracket. See dotted line in photo.
