This indication
appears when the entered frequency belongs to the optional
extended range that is not licensed in the given direction finder
system (s. Table 1).
In the drop-down menu for Selecting Cospas-Sarsat Frequency
Groups, pressing this button selects the currently marked frequency
group.
Pressing this button closes the dialog without adopting values.

“Frequency”
This hotkey opens the dialog variant for frequency input (s. 6.1.2.3)
“Channel”
This hotkey opens the dialog variant for channel input (s. 6.1.2.4)
“Ship”
This hotkey appears only for duplex channels (s. Fig. 10) in the dialog
for channel input.
It allows selecting the “Ship” frequency for a duplex channel.
“Coast”
This hotkey appears only for duplex channels (s. Fig. 10) in the dialog
for channel input.
It allows selecting the “Coast” frequency for a duplex channel.
“CP/SS”
This hotkey opens the dialog variant for selecting Cospas-Sarsat
frequency group (6.1.2.5).

6.1.2.3 Input of Frequencies
Two ways of entering a new frequency are possible in the frequency input dialog:
1) input using the numeric buttons, and
2) input using the arrow buttons.
The “Frequency/channel input dialog” is divided into:

Section “Active… [MHz]”, which shows the currently active frequency (s. Fig. 8, field A).
▪
Section “Standby … [MHz]”, which allows the input of a new frequency (s. Fig. 8, field B).
Note
The frequency, which is simply typed in, is not immediately set to the “Standby”.
To set the new value to “Standby” value, press “OK”.
▪
“SWAP” function (s. Fig. 8, field C and position 3) allows switching between the two
displayed frequencies.
