Assembly Section 3-7

@ 2021 Alamo Group Inc.

AXLE ASSEMBLY - SEMI-MOUNT

1. Attach the Axle Arm (2) and the Axle Arm Plate (5) around the Main Axle Tube (1) as shown. Secure with

3/4” x 6” Hex Bolts (9) and 3/4” Toplock Nuts (10).

2. Insert the Castor (3) into the Axle Arm (2) and 1-1/2” Washer (11) and secure with 3/8” x 2-1/2” Cotter Pin

(12) as Shown.

3. Insert the Hub & Spindle assembly (4) into the Castor (3) and secure with 1/2” x 3-1/4” Hex Bolt (13) and 1/

2” Toplock Nut (8).

LEVEL RODS - PULL TYPE

Attach the level rods to the lower lugs on tongue and to lugs on the rear axle tube using pins, washers and

cotter pins.

NOTE:

The adjusting nuts on control rods should be to rear of machine and should always be adjusted with

equal tension on both rods

NOTE:

The jam nut has left-handed threads
