1- FIRST USING:
Before use, the power pack (rechargeable batteries) must be fully charged. The power pack is housed in the tool handle. A new power pack or one that
bas been unused for a long rime does not develop its full capacity until after approximately 5 charge/discharge cycles. A considerable reduction in
operating time between charges indicates that the power pack has reached the end of its useful life.
2- CHARGER
The power supply voltage must be the same as that shown on the tool's identification plate. Before each use, check the condition of the charger, the
cable and the plug. Repairs must be entrusted only to a specialist.
- Protect the charger from damp. Use it only in dry places.
- The electric charger supplied with this tool should be used solely for recharging the screwdriver.
- Charging begins when the charger is plugged into an electrical outlet and after its cable is connected to the screwdriver's charging socket (3). The red
indicator light (2) illuminates to indicate that the charger is connected. It will remain illuminated as long as the charger is connected. After charging for
3-5 hours (5 hours minimum for the first charge), remove the charger's plug from the power outlet and then disconnect the screwdriver from the charger.
3- USING OF THE SCREWDRIVER
* Power on / off switch.
Select the desired direction of rotation using the inverter (4). Power on: Press the upper part of the inverter or to screw on the bottom
to unscrew. Station: release switch inverter.
• Establishment of bits.
The screwdriver tip fits directly into the magnetic chuck (6). For greater ease of handling, we recommend the use of a universal gate tip.
* Lighting : Turn on or turn off lighting the lamp (5), activate the power switch (1)
* LED battery charge (2). Loading jack with the adapter 230V (3)
Upkeep
* Clean regularly and take care of the machine. This will provide perfect operation and a long service life.
* Carefully clean the ventilation of the machine when using and when work is finished.
* Cleaning operations should be carried out exclusively with a slightly damp rag, hot water and a soft brush.
* Do not spray or use water to dampen the machine.
* Do not use detergents or various solvents, for this could irreparably damage the machine. The plastic parts could easily be attacked by chemical agents.
* For repairs and upkeep not specified in these instructions, please consult an accredited after-sales service.
* The tool never needs specific greasing for it is protected by permanent lubrication.
ELIMINATION AND RECYCLING OF THE PILES AND THE BATTERIES
In order to protect the environment, the batteries and the piles should not be thrown in the household refuse, no incinerate: those contain dangerous
matters. It will be thus necessary, after extraction of the apparatus, to bring back them to the center recovery nearest to your residence: to consult your
retailer.
