IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
TWO PEOPLE ARE RECOMMENDED FOR
THE INSTALLATION OF THIS FOUNTAIN.
Assemble your fountain on a level surface capable of holding a
minimum of 315 pounds with an approximate 1-square-foot footprint.
1. Place the base (FT-282E) into position where the fountain will be
installed, ensuring that it is level.
2. Center the large bowl (FT-282D) on the base (FT-282E).
3. Assemble the pump kit.
a. Using a hose clamp, attach the 12" piece of ½" non-kink tubing to
the pump outlet.
b. Place a hose clamp over the 5/8" clear end of the tubing.
c. Place the stopper around the pump cord approximately 6" from
the pump.
4. Feed the pump cord through the hole in the large bowl (FT-282D)
and through the base (FT-282E).
5. Firmly press the stopper into the hole evenly. Note: Using the
handle of a screwdriver or hammer works best to press the
stopper into place.
6. Fit the 5/8" clear tubing onto the copper pipe protruding from the
inside bottom of the finial (FT-283A).
7. Carefully lower the finial (FT-283A) into the large bowl, turning to
coil the tubing as you lower it into position.
8. Fill the fountain with water.
