SET-UP
CONTINUED
CONNECTING (& DISCONNECTING) LP GAS CYLINDER
Once the propane cylinder is secured and the
regulator and hose are connected with confirmation
of no gas leaks, place the box portion of the propane
tank cover onto the metal base
(Figure G: #1).
Place
the lid portion of the propane tank cover onto the
box
(Figure G: #2).
Do not sit or stand on top of propane tank cover.
FINAL ASSEMBLY
CONNECTING THE LP GAS CYLINDER
Check to make sure there is no debris in the head of
the LP gas cylinder or in the head of the regulator
valve. Make sure you check the burner and burner
ports as well. Connect the gas line to tank by turning
knob clockwise as shown in
Figure E.
Always hand-tighten only.
DISCONNECTION THE LP GAS CYLINDER
Make sure the valve on the LP gas tank is
OFF
.
Disconnect the gas line by turning the knob counter
clockwise (as shown in
Figure F
)
until it disengages
from the valve.
