• Pull the hose out and check it – leave it out until you have completed the next

steps.

• Remove the bin and check both ends of the inlet.
• If there is a blockage, try and remove it with your hands. Don’t use anything

sharp.

•  Check all the filters.
•  Then reassemble.
•  If you haven’t cleared the blockage, following these steps, ring customer ser-

vice.
