9.2.3 Derating of the output current depending on the pulse frequency
fig. 9-4 "Derating and output current" on page 146 shows the current reduc‐
tion based on the pulse frequency for the different frequency converters. In
case of higher pulse frequency, the current is reduced insofar that the power
dissipation in power section remains more or less constant.
For converters with
with 0.4 to 7.5 kW, the current does not need derating;
with 11 to 15 kW at 8 kHz;
