Do I need to turn the mattress?
The mattress can be rotated head to toe, but cannot
be turned over. The memory foam mattress is multi
layered and the softer 'comfort layer' should always be
on the top.
Is the mattress cover machine washable?
The mattress cover can be washed. Please use cold
water and always hang it out to dry. We recommend
having it dry-cleaned.
Can the memory foam mattress be washed?
The memory foam cannot be washed, but it can be
'spot cleaned' if necessary. Do not use excess water;
do not use excess heat to d
ry

range of water proof mattress protectors?
Can
I
use an electric blanket?
Yes, electric blankets can
be used, but only on a
very low setting. We do
not recommend using
electric blankets on a
high heat over extended
periods of time as it may
damage the mattress.
