INSTALLATION OF LOG SET (Standard Set)
Log Set: Four pc. (4) - Two top (cross logs)
- Two bottom Ceramic Fiber logs
An optional fifth log is available, for the Top Vent models.
The log set for the DVF200 is shipped in the master carton. Check to ensure there is no
damnpage to any of the four (4) logs. It is very important to install these logs in their
proper position to insure safe operating conditions. (SEE THE FOLLOWING
LOG
PLACEMENT DIAGRAM)
WARNING: Dangerous operating conditions may occur if these logs are not positioned in
their certified locations.
1. Open the front door (easy to use latch system---no bolts, no tools required).
2. Remove logs carefully from their packing.
3. Place rear fiber log on rear log holder.
4. Place front fiber log on front log holders. The front bottom notch will match with the
front burner.
5. Place the two cross logs on the positioning notches provided and according to the
diagram shown above.
INSTALLING THE GLOWING EMBERS
CAUTION: Use only the amount (0.5g with rear vent and 1.2g with top vent) and type
of ember material supplied with this appliance. The use of other foreign materials on the
burners can create dangerous conditions.
If over time, through cleaning and servicing, these embers require replacement, contact
your nearest REVERSO dealer for an approved replacement embers kit.
1. Gently remove the ember material from the plastic bag.
2. Spread these pieces evenly across the front ember tray. Place a single layer of embers on
top of the front burner, under the front log.
