This hand unit is a wired unit, and does not
require batteries. Briefly activate all functions
on the hand control to verify that all of the
features are operational. If your Reverie 3E™
Power Base does NOT operate, please refer to
the Troubleshooting section beginning on page
18 of this manual.
Return the base to the flat position and proceed
to assemble the Mattress Retainer Brackets.
Use the Retainer Bolts (D) and Retainer Bar
Plate (E) to fasten the Mattress Retainer
Bracket (B) to the front of the power base. (As
shown in the diagram below).
NOTE: Use only a manual screwdriver to
install the retainer bolts. DO NOT use a
power screwdriver to tighten the bolts. DO
NOT over tighten the mattress retainer
hardware.

Carefully rotate the power base over the
topside up position.
Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical
outlet.
NOTE: An electrical surge protection unit is
recommended (not included)

Improper handling

lean the power base
against the installed
legs to flip it over.
