Troubleshooting
PROBLEM
POSSIBLE CAUSE
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
The machine does
not start.
1. It is not electrically
powered.
2. The door is not closed
properly.
3. The machine is not level.
1. Check the power supply and
if the ON/OFF switch is ON.
2. Close the door properly.
3. Set the machine level.
The parts are not
clean.
1. Parts not loaded
correctly.
2. The water spraying arm
does not turn freely.
3. Insufficient or unsuitable
detergent.
4. Tools too dirty.
5. Water filling pipe bent
due to incorrect
installation.
1. Arrange the tools so that all
the surfaces are hit by the
sprays. Do not overload the
chamber.
2. Check the spraying arm and
make sure nothing is stopping
it from turning freely.
3. Use more detergent.
Do not use hard or lumpy
detergent.
Use only detergent for
washing machines.
4. Remove dirt and liquid from
tools before loading them.
5. Lay the filling pipe out
properly so that it is not bent.
Glass parts chipped. 1. Loaded incorrectly.
1. Do not overload the basket.
Load the parts just on the
basket but not on the
protrusions of the basket
where they could get damaged.
Water left on
bottom of chamber.
1. It’s normal for there to
be a little bit of water on
the bottom.
2. Excessive amount of
water.
1. This is needed to keep the
pipe ready for use. The water
is drained automatically at the
beginning of each cycle.
2. Wait for the machine to
complete the whole cycle.
The machine does
not switch off.
1. The filter is clogged.
